A 2 part series on eating well at work by Marci Alboher and Marissa Lippert. It's full of good advice but suffers from an over-emphasis on what is in the food versus the food itself - the nutrient list and the product up-sell that is so much apart of healthy or unhealthy eating in North America.
If you eat less and more often while at work you will stay alert. If you eat natural unprocessed food in moderation you will stay alert and be healthy. There is no magical panacea to good health. Unfortunately you don't hear common sense about food often, common sense that our parents (used to) had, because raw fruit, nuts, and vegetables are commodity items that don't produce profits like packaged foods do.
