Sportfolio for Mac Mini

sportfolio.jpg

I love our Mac mini. I love the form factor, all PC's should be built this small (and smaller). Eliminate all the other things that hook up to the machine and you have a completely elegant and unobtrusive object to place wherever you please. One of the most interesting aspects of having a pc of this size is portable it becomes, it's a "headless" laptop of sorts. While you could just place the Mac in your duffle it's best to buy a bag designed for the purpose of carrying your mini. The Sportfolio features two large interior storage pockets; one for the mini, the other for the power supply and additional peripherals and cables. The exterior features a zippered pocket on the back of the case, and a stretchy, open pocket in front. Though I am not a fan of neoprene, it looks like a quality bag with a decent strap. $45US.

The Marware site.

Tom Bihn sports a slightly less expensive Mac Mini bag called eM², made with 500 denier Cordura, for about $40.00US.

Update: I found yet another Mac Mini bag via Uncrate called the STM Mac Mini Lunchbox "a minimalistic bag to protect and transport the Mac Mini and its power supply and necessary cables." It's available for $48US.
