Plic, Ploc, Wiz, is fabulously illustrated iPad app for kids by Céline Vernier of Pepillo. The app gives you a blank canvas, some art, and the freedom to create. Love it. I've seen so many wonderful apps. for iOS lately that feature beautiful illustrations and novel interactions. This is one of my favourites.
