Antiatoms Bags

Beautiful and would only be more so over time. Designed by Aránzazu Moreno Berriochoa, Sofía Uquillas Zuloaga, and Alejandra Salvatore of the Madrid based studio Antiatoms the Antiatoms Handbag is exceedingly simple and a lovely play on the disappearing brown paper bag we are used to be familiar with. Made from leather this would be amazing to hold, use and would give a whole new meaning to "brown bagging it".

C.dellstrand have a whole catalogue of tasty luxious work but I want to show you this one because, to steal the word Carryology used to describe another similar bag, it looks the most 'buttery.' Made from one piece of of cow leather, hand cut and sewn with details in brass. If logos mater - it's stamped by hand.

Use this as a decoration in your appointed Mercedes or fly with it containing some kind of slim device like an iPad or MacBook Air.

R6 Knott Lanyard

An R6 staple the Knott lanyard hand crafted in natural leather with circular branded tag.

I don't usually let my enthusiasm for great bags get so meta to include lanyards but this really looks good. And the bags are amazing as well.

Rag & Bone Leather Gym Bag

I've been eyeing their New Amsterdam Overnight Bag for some time but this handsome leather gym bag, found via @acquire, with it's understated aesthetic is my new favorite from their collection. The bag features leather in brandy, with top zip and flat leather handles, exterior zipper pocket, two snap-close pockets at sides and a fabric lined interior with side zipper pocket. Those zipper pulls could use some length but otherwise it looks great.

Brown Leather Shoulder Bag

I love the simplicity of this carry-all. Made from stiff brown cow skin leather with a matte finish yhis bag features a doubled shoulder strapp for carrying comfort and folded bottom for a flexible capacity. Hand stitched and made to order.

This is how I remember handmade leather bags that saw growing up. Great unique piece which will develop a handsome patina over time.

Begg Leather Experiment

The bag has been made from a single peace of leather, modelled and shaped with the technique that gives the structure to the leather in the way that it doesn't need any support or reinforcement, even on the very different and complex structures. Thanks to the leather master from Naples, Pasquale Di Sarno, who has been using the same technique trough decades, we have realized the first bag of a long series, we hope, using this traditional method.

I hope this is a long series too. Very interesting.
